A FOUR (4) session complete 9 minute system of 13 simple, flowing movement
series with focused, gentle breathing.  The practice allows you to balance
your energy system by removing blockages and strengthen the immune system to
promote vitality. The system prepares you to establish an easy, rewarding
home practice that will help you to optimize your health & enjoyment of
life. 

Qi Gong is perhaps the purest form of “life energy” practice available.
Often described as Meditation-in-Motion, it is associated with increased
energy, stamina and mental functions. It is used by many for self-healing
and can produce dramatic results when practiced regularly. It is also known
for its effectiveness on certain injuries and disease that do not respond to
conventional treatment. 

Attire: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 

Refresher fee: $12 (for prior students of Linda who did not participate in
this series but want to join in on a review and meet the new students)
