Exploring Your Qi for Your Mind and Body
with Joseph Carringer from Ancient Voices Harmonic

the fundamental movement of your own energetic body as taught for thousands
of years in China. Move with force through simple, basic and repetitive
martial arts forms. Feel your grace by connecting your physical body to your
spirit body with Tai Chi. Move the boundless energies of the Universe with
Qigong. Then, journey/meditate with the didgeridoo and be in the
limitlessness force of your graceful and boundless spirit.
This workshop is approximately 2 hours; it includes 15-20 minutes with each
form/technique (basic martial arts/movement, Tai Chi and Qigong) to
explore/feel your body and connect and raise your energy, followed by 30
minute didgeridoo journey and ending with an open Q&A/discussion.
Pre-registration required.
Joseph Carringer has been a student of the martial arts since the age of 6.
Having mastered various forms and weapons, he was introduced to Reiki in as
a late teen and then moved into a peaceful self study of Tai Chi in his mid
twenties where he continues exploring the principles of universal movement
of energy. Joseph continued his study with advance Qigong healing techniques
which he applies regularly to his sound therapy practice.
Cost: 45.00 per person. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or a
blanket.
