class. 

Enjoy a perfect Yoga warm-up. Learn how to help yourself to a better
stretch!

Open-practice format. Bring your aches and pains. Bring family and friends
with aches and pains. Wiley will work on resolving what you bring to class. 

Trigger Point Therapy is based on Western concepts of anatomy and
physiology, but shows remarkable parallels with acupuncture and shiatsu.
