7-8:30PM, QI GONG, experience a moving meditation! Healing and
reinvigorating exercises. FREE classes.  For the time being, all qigong
classes will be video-led group practices (sorry!). 

SATURDAY 

11AM-NOON, ITP KATA --as taught at Esalen Institute, a 40-minute series of
exercises including qigong, yoga, relaxation, visualization for optimizing
well-being. $10/class or $30/four class pass.
