September 10, 4:30-5:30PM, SHAKE YOUR SOUL, an energizing movement class
with Pam Alexander (certified by Leven Trainings). If you want a great way
to recharge, this danceable yoga workout to world music has it all. This
class meets twice a month/dates vary. RSVP Cost: $12 (eat lightly before

September 12, 7-9PM, THE DOCTOR IS IN. Tonight's speaker is Dr. Ted Cibik,
DMQ., ND. and the topic is Chinese medicine, past and present. This series
of health education talks by area experts offers in depth information about

WEDNESDAY
September 13, 7-8:45PM, BEGINNER YOGA, relaxing, revitalizing blend of
movement & meditation. $10/class or $30/four class pass.
THURSDAY
September 14, 7-8:30PM, TIBETAN QI GONG, flowing movements with breathwork
and inner healing focus. $10/class or $30/four class pass.
FRIDAY
September 15, 7-9PM, MONTHLY ESP-IONS COMMUNITY GROUP. Join us to listen to
& discuss, a powerful Noetic Sciences presentation: The Essential Shifts and
Sacred Activism, by Andrew Harvey (audio CD). Stephen Dinan's recent
interview with Andrew Harvey, a 50 minute conversation, offers a compelling
and energizing perspective about the intersection of the development of our
inner spiritual selves and that yearning for engendering sacred action in a
world that -nowadays-seems to need it most. $5 donation.
