SHAKE YOUR SOUL ON SUNDAY, October 29, 2006

Sometimes you just need to shake loose from the week and move to a different
beat. 


Join us this Sunday, October 29 from 4:30-5:30PM for a session of Shake Your
Soul, an energizing movement class dancing to world music. Integrate &
balance your body, mind & spirit. 

Then, you can still catch up to the second half of the Pittsburgh Steeler's
game. 

Admission: $12. Please call Susan at: (724) 331-9085 to confirm. We need 5
or 6 dancers to make a class!

Join us for our regular classes


MONDAY

11AM-1PM, A COURSE IN MIRACLES MEDITATION & STUDY GROUP, uplifting readings
& discussion, guided meditation, free, open to all. 

7-8:30PM, ADVANCED LEVEL YOGA, mindful practice, postures, meditation. Relax
& recharge for the week ahead! $10/class or $30/four class pass.

WEDNESDAY

7-8:30PM, BEGINNERS YOGA, gentle, revitalizing basic practice, suitable for
most everyone. $10/class or $30/four class pass.

THURSDAY

7-8:30PM, TIBETAN QI GONG, flowing movements with breathwork and inner
healing focus. $10/class or $30/four class pass.

SATURDAY 

11AM-NOON, ITP KATA --as taught at Esalen Institute, a 40-minute series of
exercises including yoga, relaxation, visualization for optimizing
well-being. $10/class or $30/four class pass.
