Our featured presenter for TUESDAY JULY 11 is Doctor HANS LESSMANN, O.D.,
F.C.O.V.D.  

 

Dr. Lessmann is a Board Certified Developmental Optometrist specializing in
Vision Therapy via non-invasive drug-free optometric treatments. He was
named 2003 Pennsylvania Optometrist of the Year. He is actively involved
with Special Olympics as the Clinic Coordiantor for the "Opening Eyes"
Vision Screening Program. Dr. Lessmann is a strong promoter of the benefits
of natural approaches to vision medicine, increasing general public and
physician awareness through his public presentations.. 

 

The timely topic of his informative presentation is:  "the Hidden
Dysfunction - What you need to know about the mystery of Visual Dysfunction
and its effects on attention, learning, and health."

 

This presentation will focus on how visual problems may mimic other
conditions.  How learning, job performance, and overall health are adversely
affected by vision problems.  The presentation will provide demonstrations
and practical treatments.  A discussion will guide attendees on where to
receive appropriate care and what questions to ask their eye doctors.
Participants should expect to have a greater appreciation and understanding
of the importance of vision in growth, development, and overall human
performance.  This is likely to be relevant for a number your family
members.  So, bring your questions and concerns, family and friends.
